Loan for a beginer multi unit rental property owner
- I live in Aurora Colorado and I want to get into rental properties but I dont know how much money is a good amount to have to get started. Im guessing to have around 15k but im not sure if its too low because of how high prices are in Colorado. Or should I get out of Colorado and invest somewhere that is cheaper ?
