Hi what banks/credit unions will give a HELOC on a duplex to buy more investments properties? NOT owner occupied. We have tenants in the duplex. We LIVE in Florida but invest in Georgia & Florida. The Duplex we'd like the HELOC on is located in Florida. Thanks!
