Properties Owned by LLC - How to use equity?
Hi BPers
For those who own multiple properties out-right under their LLC, how have you went about in pulling some of your equity out? I know there are portfolio based loans or lines of credit. Is there anything that is more like a traditional refinancing or loans?
Where do you usually find commercial lenders?
