FHA loan and BRRR method
Hello I was looking to purchase my first piece of property a multifamily using an FHA loan but I'm not sure how to incorporate the FHA loan into the BRRR strategy in terms of how will the cash out refi work with the FHA loan. The purchase price of the home is around 380k and I am expecting 20k in rehab
