Multifamily Financing Options
Hello BP, My name is Artivous and I live in Philadelphia. I'm new to real estate and I would like to purchase and rehab multifamily units in my neighbor. There are a lot of abandoned three stories that I would like start investing in. My question is other FHA 203k loans, what other ways can I finance a property when I need to purchase and rehab it? Any and all advice is appreciated.
