Borrowing money questions
Hello Bigger Pocket community!
I’m new to the site I’ve been trying to grow my investment property portfolio, and was wondering if anyone had some information on legally borrowing from friends and or family. I also own an investment property with a decent amount of equity in it is there any creative ways to borrow on that property? Any advice is welcomed!
