Cash-out refi in Montgomery Alabama

Hello all,

Hopefully someone can help me with this roadblock. I'm trying to BRRR in Montgomery Alabama using private money. The problem is, I can't find a bank or mortgage company in the area that I can refinance with. Can someone give me some advice or point me in the right direction please?
