Get a loan with no credit

Hey y'all. I have no credit . How many different ways can I get a loan of $150,000 or more for a duplex ? What would be a good way to do that ? All your tips an answers will be greatly appreciated !!

Without credit then you better have yourself a nice, solid, long job history with a good income and a big chunk of cash to put as a down payment.
