If I refinance my home, can I purchase another home?.
My plan is to refinance my home, purchase a cheaper home to live in while I rent out my current home. My question is, if I refinance my home, can I purchase another home? The new home will be under 40K with 10K down.

Keep in mind, if you refinance as your primary residence you will be attesting that you will continue living in that house for another year
