Need Attorney to help close on property!!!

I'm in need of a new attorney to close on property that I've been under contract with almost a year. The seller hasn't responded to any emails and I've been more than patient I'm ready to close. The property is located in Chicago, IL and it's a multifamily 4 unit. I need help because I'm getting the run around!!!!
