LLC in the state the property is located?

Hi all,

Hope you had a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends! I have a quick question regarding LLC. I recently acquired my first out of state property. I will eventually put it in a LLC. The question I have is: do I need to create the LLC where the property is located (Mississippi) or it doesn't matter?
