Hello BP!

Starting the process to do a 1031 exchange. Selling in NC and buying in FL.

What are the starting steps? And how to find the right people to hire?

Thanks!

Second Vote for @Dave Foster

Step 1: Calcualte your correct gain with your Tax pro

Step 2: Talk to Dave Foster

Step 3: Get with an excellent agent where you're buying  and selling

Step 4: Start the 1031 exchagne with Dave

Step 5: List your property

Step 6: Identify 3 potential replacement properties within 45 days of sale

Step 7: Close on 1 or more within 180 days rolling over the full amount of gain
