We do not have NJ accountants on this board, as far as I know, but check with @Nicholas Aiola who is technically based in NY but works with many NJ clients, too.
I would not recommend searching general directories like one person suggested earlier. They list general accountants, and real estate accounting is quite different from what most of them are used to. Investors need real estate specialists. You can find 20+ of us here on this board, and we all work with investors nationwide.
