It's that Time of year again where we all love taxes. I was wondering if anyone of you in the NC area (preferably Charlotte area) know a good CPA who specializes in RE. I can find a CPA at every corner, but it's different finding a RE CPA. I already have someone in mind, but would like someone who y'all have first hand experience working with.
