Help needed with structuring LLC and completing taxes

Seeking contact information for someone who can help guide me in structuring my long-term and STR business that I'm starting. Purchased my first two properties last year. Have contacted wealthability but their rates are very high. Not sure if there is someone more locally who can provide some guidance at a more affordable price.
