House hacking a duplex, taxes.
I purchased a duplex last year and have been renting one unit, living in the other with a roommate. I had a CPA do my taxes and was very meticulous about keeping every receipt for repairs, maintenance, etc. Are there any real estate tax pro's that can analyze my return and see where I can make improvements to next year's taxes?
