Under the table income affecting DTI

Posted

I'm applying for HELOCs and have been approved, but not for the full amount due to DTI. My girlfriend of almost 7 years works as a babysitter and her monthly income is 2k. Unfortunately for this situation it's under the table. How can I go about accounting for this income to offset my DTI?
