Looking for a CPA in NJ

Hello fellow friends, 

I am in the process of building my team and looking for a CPA that can help with planning and strategy. We just bought our first house this year and will start investing. 

A little background. I am in hospitality tech and plan to STR using my 15 years of experience. I have implemented full tech stacks for Hotels, BnBs, and Glamping Sites from 10-200 rooms/units. In the past, I have been successful at rental arbitrage with my apartment and my boat.

I aim to clean up what I currently have and plan my strategy. 

Can anyone recommend a CPA and do they have to be based in NJ, where I live?
