Notice of Intent to Sell
hello,
i was reading that Seattle requires a 90 day notice of intent to sell a rental property. does anyone know how many days notice you need to give to tenants for Washington State, King County but NOT Seattle?
also, for example, if it's a 30 day notice, does that mean you can list the property after the 30 days or you just can't close on the sale of the property prior to the 30 days.
thanks!

@Dennis L., I have rentals, and helped my clients with similar situations.
