Bought an in progress turn key property
Hi everyone
We bought a property that was in the process of being rehabbed my purchase price included the rehab. The contract clearly says it would be done with in 2 months. It’s been a year. I’m in Florida the property is in Michigan. I have other properties in Michigan but this one has been a disaster. I want to consult an attorney. Any recommendations?
