Hey everyone!
I want to open up a Roth IRA to create promissory notes and help my other investing friends reach their real estate goals. Does anyone have recommendations for a solid company to start that up?
How do you structure your promissory notes?
Do you charge fees for wires/note creation/deeds or your other account fees accrued?
I'm just looking to get started. I've been lending personal money from my HELOC. I want tax free options for the long game
