hi - i purchased an investment prop with cash - can anyone advise what forms i need to produce for tax returns? i paid off a credit union loan in the name of the seller, i also did a major refurb on the property, would the refurb cost be part of the purchase price? - i am looking to sell the property as a next step but have never doen this prev through a cash buy so want to understand tax implications
