ISO Recommendations for CPA with Syndication Experience.
Hello,
Here shortly I intend to transition from SFH's into a more passive role with syndications. I'm looking for a CPA that can help me understand what to expect regarding taxes when I sell my SFH as well as in the future when dividends and earnings are payed out in the syndication deals.
I'm new to the world of having others perform professional services for me, so I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for, but I don't want to have a potentially costly mis-step along the way.
I'm located in NM but would be ok working with a CPA out of state so long as they have some specialization in real estate.
