We currently own several multifamily properties in TX and AZ and are looking for a local CPA in Minnesota who specializes (or is familiar with) commercial real estate investing. Hoping to optimize our tax savings with cost segregation bonus depreciation and utilize the tax code to it's fullest advantage.
