Inflation Reduction Act Tax Credits

Greeting BP,

I've done a little bit of research and have yet to find the clear answer - so I'm putting it out here: Do you know if the credits for heat pumps (or other energy upgrades) will be allowed for a residential (single-family) rental property? We are the homeowner/landlord - can we take the credit for this upgrade?
