Real Estate CPA recommendations in Atlanta
Good day,
My name is Demitrius. I started a wholesale real estate business in November of 2020. I closed my first deal in August of 2021 & my second in October 2021. When 2022 came around I took off. I've done 20+ deals this year so far.
I am posting this message hopefully to get some good suggestions for real estate specific CPAs in the Atlanta, Ga area. I am looking to expand and I want to purchase my first duplex to house hack or do my first flip which both ventures require me to have my financials in order.
The problem is, I haven't done the best job of keeping track of my day to day receipts for 2021 and the first half of 2022, but I do have receipts of major business related purchases. I'm hoping to connect with a reliable CPA that I can build a relationship with to help me get on track with my tax returns but also someone that can provide sound advice as my business grows.
