CPA and Real Estate Lawyer
We currently have a short term rental and I am also getting my feet wet Co-hosting and am looking to find some help determining if I need one or multiple LLC's, what type of LLC and would also like someone who can review rental agreements, Co-hosting agreements etc.
Additionally, we need a CPA that can also help us make some of these decisions and who can prepare our taxes maximizing deductions.
My preference would be to find someone near CO Springs but am willing to work with folks who have experience working in Colorado in general. Appreciate any help/ referals.
