CA From 593 for Seller Financing / Interest Only

I'm selling a commercial unit and need to fill out form 593.

We're doing seller financing (10yr term), its interest-only and there is profit.  Not sure how to fill this form out and the folks I've talked (escrow etc) to also don't seem too sure on the best way to complete it given how the financing is structured.
