ROBS/W2 and Unemployment insurance

Greg Kelly
Posted

In accordance with my ROBS program, I own 13% of the shares and my company 401k owns 87%. I am the sole W2 employee.  Unemployment insurance for Arizona says  it's not required because I'm the owner. I get that I'm "the owner", but not really because of the 401k shares. Anyone else in a ROBS, and do you have UI?
