Tax Consultation or Education

I’m a newer investor. Currently we own (4) properties.  Most are multi-unit.  Since my earliest research, I’ve heard of the tax benefit that comes with real estate investing. I have a high income job that is not related to my real estate.  I’m looking to offset some of that tax burden.  Does anyone know of an accountant that understands this space? My current CPA does not.  If no, does none he dominations on ho to educated myself on thi topic?
