Looking for a tax professional to

I have always only filed my personal taxes using TurboTax. I'm finally now wanting to outsource this responsibility to a proper tax professional (CPA, tax attorney, EA, etc). How did you find your current accountant? Any referrals for folks in Texas? I live in Austin, TX but open to referrals from other states.

Here are my current tax filing requirments:

* Married but filing separately this year. May file jointly next year if it makes sense

* W2 income

* private equity as ISOs (not exercised)

* rental real estate income in different states (TX and GA)

* sold and bought real estate using 1031 exchange in a different state (GA)

* planning on adding local small business income in the next year

* planning on adding income from online SaaS sales
