Section 179 or Mileage....HELP!

I am currently in the market for a new/used vehicle. I have been debating spending a little more for a larger vehicle in order to take advantage of the Section 179 write off. I already have an LLC that I plan to title the new/used vehicle in. This vehicle will likely be driven approximately 300-350 miles per week, 75% work related 25% personal. I am not familiar enough with these types of write offs, so any and all input would be greatly appreciated.
