Recommendations for STR Cost Seg study for small property

I purchased and put in service a STR condo this year (2023). Purchase price was ~$200k. It is self-managed. It is a condo, so no land value. I am considering a cost-seg study and looking for recommendations on professionals who can help with that for a small property like this. My accountant does not do the studies himself but is familiar with the process and can help me (both decide if the STR loophole strategy is a good idea for me and implement it if necessary), if I can get the study done. It is hard to know from a google search which firms are trustworthy.
