I am new to real estate investing and was wondering how involved I should be with an accountant to help with specifically taxes, I have a partnership LLC and wasn't sure how to file taxes. Thanks for any feedback.

Get a real estate specific CPA and talk with them often, it's not worth the headache of trying to do your own taxes when a CPA will save you tons of time & often know about deductions you may have never heard of
