CPA San Francisco Recommendation for Short Sale

Sorry for the long title, but that's exactly what I'm looking for. I short sales a rental property in 2013 and am looking at a hefty tax bill. Hoping to find a CPA with plenty of experience and knowledge on short sale tax laws - basically a "IRS whisperer" :)

Any part of the Bay Area is good, I will travel for the best. Thanks in advance!!
