@Hayden Perry Is there a particular reason your CPA must be in Colorado? Even if you solely own properties there, the location of your CPA isn't as crucial as their experience with real estate. Many CPAs on this forum have clients and properties across the U.S.

If I were you, I would shop around and select the most knowledgeable CPA based on your specific situation regardless of where they may live.
