Canadian Looking for US Cross Boarder Accountant

Canadian looking to start buying property in the States by the end of summer 2024. I'd like to set up the company structure now and would like to do so under the advice of a well recognized cross boarder accountant that specializes in real estate investing.

Currently located in BC. Canada. Looking to invest in states like Texas, Florida, Tennessee or any Landlord/Tax friendly states.


Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
