BOI injunction reinstated again today??

Someone just emailed us and said the BOI injunction was reinstated again today by the 5th circuit. 

I did not want to simply rely on one source so I figured there are people here that would be up-to-date if such a manner was so as well.

    They seem to keep going back and forth on this issue. My suggestion is to simply file the BOI requirement. It only takes a few minutes to comply, and this way, you don’t have to worry about any decision they finalize on later. Better safe than sorry!
