CPA that keep Taxes Low

Hi, I am curious if anyone has a good CPA that is virtual for Texas or all states but is really good at keeping an investor from paying taxes please let me know.  I am open to looking for a CPA that help me from owing on my taxes by claiming anything and everything to offset paying.  Last few years I have to had to pay.  I get it, sometimes you do but I bet I could claim more items than I do.

Would it be best to meet with a CPA say in 2025 before December 31, 2025 so that if their calculations show you are going to owe it gives you time to buy or write something off as an expense to lower what you might owe?  Any advice is warranted.

You already received responses from several CPAs here. We all specialize in real estate, and we all work nationwide. I'm in Texas, for example, but my clients are across the country.

Here are some pointers on selecting a CPA:

and some pointers on "how much a CPA can save me":

Yes, it would have been good to discuss things with one of us in December, as you suggested, but you posted in January.
