Looking for an accountant

Hey all -

I am under contract on a triplex that I'll be using as an STR, with the primary focus of offsetting W2 earnings via cost seg report and bonus depreciation.

I'm in Orlando Fl. Does anyone have a local CPA that specializes in this? I'm looking for someone who specifically understands the STR loophole. I'm also looking for a firm that specializes in the cost segregation reports. To my understanding, they'll need to work together to some capacity.

This will be my first time doing this strategy, so any advice is welcomed!!
