Beginner needs list of different types of contracts.

Hey guys

I Recently became very interested in REI and I understand all the theory, all the different ways to acquire property. I still don't understand the basics of the actual ways of buying and selling when it comes to forms and legal documents. Would some one be able to tell be a little about what forms I would need for buying and selling?
