Investor Friendly Attorney (team)- Sacramento CA

Hello BP

I am new to real estate investing here in the Sacramento area. I am currently looking for an investor friendly Real Estate attorney, CPA, and Tax professional.

I am thinking about starting my LLC, but decided to wait for that because FTB want that $800 up front and I need time to make the money to avoid the double tax, penalties, and late fees. But if anybody has used MyCorporation, Legalzoom, or any other company that assist with forming LLCs, did you get the who package they offer?

All that stuff they off looks to be extra that I don't need.  I think I only need the registered agent, articles of organization, and operation agreement. If I need something else let me now.

Thanks

just Google llc documents in california.  I would copy some off the web, they are almost all the same.  After that go to the secretary of state in sacramento and file it yourself.  Its brainless work that a 3rd grader can do (perhaps a 4th grader regardless its simple). Don't worry abo u t the team just find a great deal.
