abandoned property in GA
The tenant left 2 months earlier than the lease will expire. I called, emailed, texted and no response. Went to check on the property and neighbors told me that they moved out a week ago. A lot of stuff was left in the backyard and there is something in the house by looking through the window. Can I get into the house or do I have to file eviction in order to get rid of their stuff in the house? What are the laws in GA?
