Cannot find loan documentation for a non-recourse loan to an IRA

Hello,

I'm getting a private loan from a friend to buy a property in my self directed solo 401K. I am trying to find someone who can help me with specific documents for a non-recourse loan in Los Angeles (California). Does anyone know where to find such information or documentation other than "call an attorney."  

I've already called Equity Trust and they couldn't help me!

Has anyone done this before who can help?
