Hello.

I'm getting ready to step into real estate investing with little to no experience. I'm considering going in on my first property with my brother. Any tips, suggestions, recommendations for partnering with investors (personal or professional)? It would be FHA and possibly an out-of-state purchase, likely a fixer-upper.
