LLC on a Residential Loan

I am currently looking to put my owner occupied duplex into an LLC. I currently have a 30 year fixed residential loan. I have reached out to my mortgage company and they indicated due to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac regulations that they are not allowed to have these loans titled under an LLC.

Has anyone had any luck putting a loan with a residential 30 year fixed into an LLC?
