Where to form LLC when doing business in Washington state?
I need to create a LLC for my real estate flipping/investing work and need to decide where to incorporate? Nevada and Delaware are popular, but would it be better to incorporate in Washington? Does Washington have additional taxes or fees for out-of-state LLCs?
