I have been investing in real estate for a few years but I do not have a corp. llc or company set up. All (5) of my properties are in my name and I operate as a sole proprietorship. I also file my taxes as a sole proprietorship I need advice on whether or not to set up a company - if so what kind, possible income tax implications and a referral to an attorney/accountant for advice.  I want to protect my assetts, limit my tax liability and do it the "right" way.
