I'm a California Resident starting an online llc platform, that will be doing business throughout the US. I will be the sole owner and will be residing in california. Is it worth it to form the LLC in Wyoming over California?

@Kay Lyn, I am an attorney in Wyoming, I form corporations in Wyoming for people. I would advise you to form your corporation or LLC in California. CA will tax you a huge sum anyway even if you incorporate in a different state, and you will still have to register your corporation in the state you do business in. It will be less paperwork to just file in CA. Let me know if you have any questions. Best of luck to you.
