Need a new accountant ASAP!!

I was wondering if anyone can recommend an accountant out in the Elgin IL area that has experience with real estate investors. I'm getting nickle and dimed with my current accountant with all of there charges. They just sent me a bill for talking to them for 15min. I want to fire these guys ASAP. I need an accountant that knows the tax advantages as far as flips and rentals.
